ABOUT
Dr. Alexander Bell (a namesake of the telephone inventor),
STEM polymath holding PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering,
world-renowned hi-tech professional with two decades of leading-edge engineering and
hands-on managerial experience in diversified industrial, scientific and business environments.
Authored 37 hi-tech inventions in Electronics and digital signal processing,
published 100+ hi-tech articles, received 9 best design ideas awards from
leading engineering publications (Electronic Design and EDN),
developed many award-winning Windows, Web and Mobile applications.
Dr. Bell pioneered variety of disruptive information technologies, including
Azure Cloud computing, AI, ML, LLM, GenAI Vibe Coding,
GitHub Copilot Pair Programming and Prompt Engineering, NLP,
Speech API, ASR, TTS, Microsoft .NET, Java and JavaScript technology stack,
mobile apps development.
He actively applied Agile and SDLC principles, and his
in-depth technical knowledge and leadeship skills to Hi-tech/Fintech DevOps.
Alexander made significant contribution to Open Source software and IT knowledge base.
He actively participates in the digital life of many online engineering communities
and in business/cultural life of the New York City.
You may take a virtual ride using his
NYC real-time bus tracking app currently running on Azure Cloud platform
or perform complex computations using his engineering calculator app
.
Cloud First development paradigm has been an IT mantra for many years.
Developed by Dr. Alexander Bell, these selected oldie-goldie cloud apps shown below
epitomized said rather important technology trend. You can take a virtual ride on the real-time
NY City Bus Tracking app,
or perform a complex scientific/engineering computation using
vΩltmatter engineering calculator.
The apps are hosted in Microsoft Azure Public Cloud, and are all FREE to use,
free like the wind blows :) Enjoy!
Agentic AI comes in different shapes and flavors — Expert Systems,
Chatbots, Autonomous Systems, and more — sharing common essential attributes:
a Knowledge Base, an Inference Engine, and an optional User Interface (UI)
for intended human–agent interaction. AI-augmented chatbots add tremendous value
and play an important role in AI proliferation.
For e.g., popular engineering calculator
vΩltmatter developed by Dr. Alexander Bell, has been enhanced with
an AI-powered agentic chatbot extension. The AI-augmented version of the calculator,
is capable of finding the best fit for any given electrical RLC
values selected from the standard E-Series (see screenshots shown below).
